Frequent Asked Questions
What are my Vouchers for?
Event Voucher - with a value off to use in scheduled events.
Vouchers can't be used on Calling main event or any other products
What Side Events will be available?
A full Side Events schedule will be released on the main page, with a breakdown of the weekends line-up available.
There will be a mixture of formats and entry points for all players to enjoy.
How do I enter the events?
You can register for the events via the different tickets on our website. These tickets allow you entry into the tournament(s). You can also register into event at our self check out Kiosks in the venue.
If you register for an event package that contains extra items such as playmats and promos, you will be able to pick those up in person during the event. These will not be posted out, it is in-person only.
What is a GEM ID?
You will need to have a GEM ID to be able to participate in the events over the weekend.
A GEM ID is an account which allows the Tournament Organiser to register you into the tournament.
Which payment methods are available?
We're accepting payments online via Credit / Debit Card.
During live show we accept EUR or GBP depending on the location plus Credit / Debit Card.
Can I buy more than one ticket?
Event packages are limited to one event package of each type per person.
By accepting these terms, if more than one package of a type is purchased per person, your tickets will be cancelled and refunded.
What do I have to do once I've bought my ticket?
Once you've purchased your ticket, you're in! It's time to start gearing up for the big event.
You should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please contact support@lreventmanagement.co.uk
Emails regarding the event ticketing system, deck lists and any further information will be sent out nearer to the event itself.
I've encountered a problem with my ticket / order.
If you need assistance, please send an email through support@lreventmanagement.co.uk to and we will try to assist.
I can no longer attend, can I cancel / get a refund?
Refund Policy
To request a refund, please email support@lreventmanagement.co.uk and include the following information:
- Player Name
- Order Number
- Event Name
Refund Request Guidelines
Refund requests must be submitted within Fifteen (15) days before the beginning of the event.
Requests are subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny any refund request under the following circumstances:
- If event vouchers were used during the purchase.
- If the player is already registered for the event.
- If promotional materials related to the event have been received.
Fees and Limitations
- A processing fee of 5% will apply to all refunds, in addition to any payment method fees.
- Event entry cannot be transferred to another player.
Forgot to collect my package, what should I do?
The event series never stops! So if you did not collected your package during the live show unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Your package materials already left us, and we can't replace or deliver or allow collections outside the event related to that package.
If I can no longer attend the event, will I still get my participation prize?
No, these items are available only to those who attend and play in the event.
Can I enter as a spectator?
Yes! This event will be open for the public to attend.
