Calling FAQ

The Calling is a competitive-level tournament and part of a 3 day event filled with; side events, cosplay, guest artists, vendors and other exciting activities.

It is an open entry tournament, no invitation or qualification is required to play. Test your mettle and kick-start your pro journey.

As with National Championships, cash prizes are on the line, along with the chance to win Gold Cold Foil Legendary cards and PTIs.

Battle Hardened events are standalone open entry competitive tournaments on the Flesh and Blood TCG pathway.

Battle Hardened events are exciting one-off tournaments that offer players the chance to win Gold Cold Foil Legendary cards and PTIs (Professional Tournament Invitations).

They're a great way to kickstart your entry to the highest levels of competitive play.

Silver Event Voucher - with a value of €35 to use in Side events

Bronze Event Voucher - with a value of €20 each

• Silver and Bronze can be used for side events only.

A full Side Events schedule will be released on the main page, with a breakdown of the weekends line-up available on this tab.

There will be a mixture of formats and entry points for all players to enjoy.

FAB FORMATS

You can register for the events via the different tickets on our website. These tickets allow you entry into the tournament(s). You can also register into event at our self check out Kiosks in the venue.

If you register for an event package that contains extra items such as playmats and promos, you will be able to pick those up in person during the event. These will not be posted out, it is in-person only.

You will need to have a GEM ID to be able to participate in the events over the weekend.

A GEM ID is an account which allows the Tournament Organiser to register you into the tournament.

We're accepting payments online via Credit / Debit Card.

During live show we accept EUR or GBP plus Credit / Debit Card.

Event packages (Fabled and Go Again) are limited to one event package of each type per person.

The maximum a player ID can purchase is one of each ticket type ( 1 x Fables package, 1 x Go Again package, 1 x Calling and 1 x Battle Hardened). 4 DIFFERENT tickets in total

By accepting these terms, if more than one package of a type is purchased per person, your tickets will be cancelled and refunded.

Once you've purchased your ticket, you're in! It's time to start gearing up for the big event.

Emails regarding the event ticketing system, deck lists and any further information will be sent out nearer to the event itself.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please email support@lreventmanagement.co.uk and include the following information:

• Player Name
• Order Number
• Event Name

Refund Request Guidelines

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days after the end of the event.

Requests are subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny any refund request under the following circumstances:

• If event vouchers were used during the purchase.
• If the player is already registered for the event.
• If promotional materials related to the event have been received.

Fees and Limitations

• A processing fee of 5% will apply to all refunds, in addition to any payment method fees.
• Event entry cannot be transferred to another player.
